Tricobiotos S.p.A. 股份上市公司是一家专业生产和销售美发产品的企业。该企业在行业里的创新和专业水平是绝对超前的，因此企业在国际上的销售额的发展和行业内的认可不断的在增长。企业在全球六十几个国家拥有自己的销售网，是意大利企业界少有的现象。高端品牌如Moroccanoil、L'ANZA和Color WOW都选择了和Tricobiotos 作为意大利的独家合作伙伴，如此一来更是如鱼得水更好的进行发展。企业在研究、发展、生产、销售和专业销售服务方面均拥有ISO:9001的认证。

历史

1982年Stefano Bertini、Marco和Mara Bucaioni创办了这个公司，1984年就在市场上推出了Blitz品牌，乃是一种生态型的发蜡，有了很大的影响。1989年公司搬迁至现今在Vaiano的地点，从此建立了先进的生产基地。1994年企业有了改心换面的大举动，就此推出了Selective Professional品牌，该品牌从此成了如今全世界的顶级品牌，也成了意大利品牌的代名词。1997年Tricobiotos飞越了大西洋，在那里建立了首个欧洲之外的销售点。

1999年诞生了Tricobiotos学院，专门培养该行业的技术专业人员。2002年上市成了SpA股份上市公司，就此成为了市场上该行业的龙头企业。在往后的几年里陆续的推出了他的系列新型品牌，乃Selective Professional，分别有：COLOREVO是美发和染发的新型技术；NOW Next Generation是能够满足所有创新风格的系列；ONcare是专门解决混合技术的难题。2010年和2011年Tricobiotos 成为了 Moroccanoil和L'ANZA在意大利的独家代理。2014年企业又有了新产品上的扩张，乃是Natural Flowers，专门是满足于生态敏感的客户群体。2016年成了Color WOW在意大利的独家合作伙伴，就此向自己的客户群体更大的扩张了商业销售。

Whistleblowing

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (the so-called “Whistleblowing Law”) and with a view to guaranteeing correctness and transparency in the conduct of its work, the company has adopted a corporate procedure and software aimed at reporting of offenses in the company relevant for the purposes of the law or internal regulations.

The information system in question consists of the “My Governance” platform, provided by the company MYGO S.r.l. which guarantees the confidentiality and protection requirements of the entire reporting process.

Those entitled to make a report pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, will be able to access the following link, following the guided procedure and filling in all required data by the platform for the purpose of the successful outcome of the report.
